Estimate round or square bale weight from dimensions and density, then convert a target hay supply into bale count.

How bale weight is calculated

Square bale volume is length times width times height. Round bale volume is 3.14 times radius squared times width. Bale weight is volume times density, using the Penn State density scale of loose to tight bales.
